POP+S Tanzania is governed by the POPS Board of Trustees, which oversees all ministry activities. The Board of trustees meet regularly at every three month to discuss matters of the ministry. While the board serves as the primary overseer, it operates through various leadership and organizational channels. The structure of leadership within POP+S organization is as follows:
In addition, we have several committees and departments operating at different leadership levels to ensure the effective implementation of the ministry's programs.
